StarSleep Bed Shipping Policy

We are committed to ensuring your StarSleep Bed arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible!

Fast, Free Shipping (Continental U.S.)

We now offer Free Economy Shipping for all orders within the continental U.S.

Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern Time on a business day will ship the next business day (unless on pre-order).
Orders placed after 4 PM Eastern Time will ship the following business day after that.
If your order is on pre-order, the estimated shipping time will be provided at checkout and via email updates.

A tracking number for real-time updates.

A signature requirement is upon delivery to ensure your package arrives securely.
A call from CEVA Logistics the day before delivery to confirm the estimated arrival time.
Shipping Process & What to Expect
Your StarSleep Bed ships in a large box, with the mattress securely wrapped and strapped to the top. If the mattress is missing upon delivery, inform CEVA Logistics immediately and obtain a claim number—we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Accessory items (such as the Backup Battery, Waterproof Mattress Protector, and Mattress Topper) ship separately via UPS Ground and will not arrive with your bed.

Shipments refused at delivery will incur refusal and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any refund.

If your order includes Home Installation, you will be contacted to schedule a setup. This service typically adds 2 additional business days to shipping and may take up to 7 business days to complete.

Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Delays

We strive for timely delivery, but once your order has shipped, it is beyond our control.

CEVA Logistics deliveries may be delayed due to inclement weather, heavy traffic, or unforeseen logistics issues.
StarSleep is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues where possible.
Hawaii Shipping
While we include free continental U.S. shipping, orders to Hawaii require a $500 shipping fee via CEVA Logistics.

Due to the complexity of freight shipping, we recommend purchasing the mattress separately to reduce the risk of package separation.
Hawaii orders are final sale—no returns.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping due to freight limitations.

If you have a reliable freight forwarder and are determined to purchase, we are happy to assist but will not be responsible for the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.
All international sales are final—no returns.
Refunds for Expedited Shipping Fees
We understand the importance of timely delivery, but shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

If your expedited shipping is delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we cannot provide a refund for the shipping fee.
This policy is outlined in our terms and conditions, which are agreed to at the time of purchase.
