Return and Refund
If your purchase was in-store, returns are subject to individual retailer restrictions. Please direct any questions regarding your in-store purchases to your StarSleep retailer.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you don’t see the refund after this period, please contact your card provider directly.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Before Shipping
Please send an email to customers@starsleep.co, and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours. For all canceled orders, a 5% handling fee will be charged.
Shipped but Not Received
We allow you to cancel the order. For all Orin Bed cancellations, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and $359 restocking fee. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.

3. DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your StarSleep orin bed arrives damaged, missing parts, or inoperable, please call us immediately. We will repair or replace the item at no cost, including shipping.
Damaged beds cannot be returned or refunded.
4. NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
To initiate a return, please carefully follow the instructions below. Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted or refunded.
Request an RMA Number
Please email us at customers@starsleep.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This is required for all returns. Do not return any item without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
Use the Original Pallet and Packaging
Beds must be returned on the original pallet and in their original, unused packaging.
Do NOT return a bed without a pallet—freight returns without pallets are highly prone to shipping damage and will not be eligible for a refund.
Condition of the Item
Returned beds must be in “Like New” condition, including all original accessories and materials.
Fees and Customer Responsibility
A $359 restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping and installation fees are non-refundable.
Failure to meet any of these return conditions may result in refusal of the return and denial of a refund.
